The New Moon is such a powerful time to come together as a community! Each new moon, we gather in circle to hold space for each other as women. All are invited to explore the theme for the month with inquiry, journalling, meditation, sharing and exercises. We invite in new intentions to align with living our fullest and brightest lives.

What does it mean for us when we come together as women and hold space for each other? To have the courage to show up just as we are. To create a safe container where we are invited to truly shine our brightest. To share from our hearts and evoke a deep alchemy within ourselves, and while courageously and vulnerably sharing our own truth, something we may say might be the seed of wisdom that lands in the heart of another woman, to inspire, to support, to empower.

It means support. It means connection. It means inclusiveness and sisterhood. It means freedom.

This month, we explore the theme of Empowered Beauty: ‘My body, my rules’.

Our next new moon Bright Sister Circle is coming next week, and it's a new moon in Taurus.

Taurus is an earth sign, ruled by Venus. It invites us to make connection with the earth, enjoy sensual pleasures, find and express our independence, with strength and stability, as we build foundations, grounding into the earth, patiently as we go.

A woman’s body is a marvel. It is something so sacred that for thousands of years the darkness that has taken hold of mankind like a virus, has propelled men to attempt to own and pillage the female body as it has our Mother Earth. While much of mankind throughout time has been infected with this illusion that has led to dominance and control over women, we have been rising to illuminate the truth that many cultures have long forgotten.

Simply put a woman is Nature. She is of the wild mystery and intelligence that exists in the rivers, the animal kingdom, the root systems of our planet, and the thriving forests. We are intrinsically connected to Mother Earth and our bodies, in all its shapes, sizes, ages, and colours, they are sacred and wise.

This intelligence of our bodies and the beauty within, holds profound wisdom and direction that has the potential to guide humanity into a new dawn of relating to ourselves, each other, and the planet. We simply must heal from the trauma of objectification that has led to the adopted habit of objectifying ourselves, judging, comparing, harming, and denying our natural form for a “standardized” expression of beauty.

The most important key to feeling beautiful is having an awareness and sincere relationship with listening to the messages of your body.

All of your emotions, past memories, ancestral connections, and relationship to the Great Mother exists within your DNA, your bones, blood, and the sensations you experience.

When we are judging our bodies, we cut ourselves off from listening to the messages our bodies have to offer. We then can feel incomplete, ungrounded and unwell which makes it harder to feel our true beauty which comes from our wisdom, love, and compassion.

My sisters, this is a deep topic. One that has many layers and nuances. It is common to feel shame about how we have treated ourselves. So we must remember, that it is not our fault. We have inherited a cultural wound, and we have the power to heal it. So let’s be kind. Let’s offer ourselves love, tenderness, and compassion.

Together, in this way, we change the paradigm for ourselves and for future generations.

Welcome, sister, to the new moon in Taurus.

The New Moon Bright Sister Circle, hosted by Kylie, is all about connecting, checking in with and holding space for each other, so we can align our actions & rise together in sisterhood. This is our safe and sacred space for sisterhood connection. If you are a women, or identify as one, you are welcome here, to be seen, be heard, and be held exactly as you are. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up just as you are. A safe and supportive environment were you can be held in connection.

Generally, circles go something like this:
We will sit in circle, with invitation to share. We will open with a meditation, and exploration of the theme. We will then journey through some enquiry, journalling, do an exercise and a ritual, with further opportunity to share, and close with a meditation and a reading.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable to sit on the floor on a bolster in our circle. If you need a chair, please let me know. Further details in special instructions upon booking.
