Women’s Spring Mini Retreat

  • Bright Yoga Space 104 Gavan Street Bright, VIC, 3741 Australia (map)

TICKETS NOW BOOKING = $68

Join us for a special gathering as we honour the deep feminine as the seasons turn. This women’s mini retreat is designed especially for those wishing to take their self understanding deeper. To connect with other women from a place of authenticity and vulnerability and to nourish and support themselves as we explore the great emerging. As the light gets brighter in our natural world, the energy to bring forth new intentions and ideas gets stronger as we head into spring.

This mini retreat includes:

  • Sharing circle & theme exploration

  • Meditation & Mantra

  • Spring Ceremony

  • Afternoon tea, bliss balls and heart warming connection

Kylie of Bright Yoga Space will be leading the meditation and women’s circle, and Lee of L.A. Couch will be co-facilitating.

These seasonal women's mini retreats are all about connecting, checking in with, and holding space for each other, deepening our understanding of ourselves and the divine feminine, align our actions with our intentions and & rise together in sisterhood. This is our sacred space for sisterhood connection.

What does it mean for us when we come together as women and hold space for each other? To have the courage to show up just as we are. To create a safe container where we are invited to truly shine our brightest. To share from our hearts and evoke a deep alchemy within ourselves, and while courageously and vulnerably sharing our own truth, something we may say might be the seed of wisdom that lands in the heart of another woman, to inspire, to support, to empower.

It means support. It means connection. It means inclusiveness and sisterhood. It means freedom.

Our theme this month

Spring Mini Retreat:

~ THE GREAT EMERGING ~

As we tune into what spring means for nature, and as we align with this as cyclic beings of nature, we explore the emerging toward the light, with courage, compassion & fierce love. As this part of the cycle begins to energise us ready to bring forth what is within us with love, confidence and strength, we honour this as we gather in circle. Embodying meditation, story, and offering up to the light that which we are ready to bring forth.

Held in connection, we will work with myth and mantra to invoke the energies of Shakti (divine feminine) within us. We will then water the seeds we planted in winter to begin to aid in the great emergence towards the light in spring. This work is invitational as you take your seat at this circle, showing up with a fierce heart and being held in a safe container of sisterhood.

Let’s embark on the journey of leaning in to the great emergence.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable to sit on the floor on a bolster in our circle. If you need a chair, please let me know. Further details in special instructions upon booking.
